Your account details

Your account details are available in Settings → Account Details. From here you can update your avatar, contact information, personal details, and address.

What you can edit

Avatar Your profile photo or initial
Email Tap Edit to update
Phone Tap Edit to update
First, Middle, Last Name Editable text fields
Date of Birth Editable
Sex Dropdown selection
Street, Unit, City, State, Zip, Country Your home address

Updating your details

  1. Tap Settings in the navigation bar.
  2. Tap Account Details.
  3. Update any fields you'd like to change.
  4. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Your name, date of birth, and address are used by providers during your visits. Keep them up to date to make sure your care records are accurate.
