Checking your visit status
All of your visits, past and current, are available in the Visits tab. Tap the tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app to open it.
The Visits tab
Your visits are organized into two sections:
- Current visits - Any visit you're actively waiting for or in progress. These also appear on the home screen for quick access.
- Past visits - All completed and cancelled visits, grouped by month.
Each visit card shows the date, care type, visit language, visit type, visit number, time, and duration.
Visit statuses
Every visit has a status that tells you where things stand. You'll see it as a colored badge on the visit details screen.

You're in the waiting room or your visit is in progress |
| Completed |
Your provider has finished the visit. |
| Canceled | The visit was canceled. |
Viewing visit details
Tap any visit card to open the visit details screen. Here you'll find:
- Visit status - The current status of the visit with the reason for cancellation, if applicable
- Location - The state you selected when you requested the visit
- Price- What you were charged, or $0 if covered by your plan
- Organization - The organization associated with your plan
- Plan - The care type covered under your plan
- Intake - The visit language you selected
- Assigned on - The date a provider was assigned to your visit
Reviewing your intake responses
From any visit details screen, tap Review Intake to see the responses you provided during the intake process, including your age verification answers and consent to treat confirmation.
Cancelling a visit
If you need to cancel an active visit, tap it from the Visits tab or the home screen to open the visit details, then tap Cancel Visit. You'll be asked to provide a reason.
Note: You can only cancel a visit while it's still active. Completed and cancelled visits cannot be modified.
