Employer-sponsored plans

If you access Direct2Care through your employer, your visits are fully covered — there's no cost to you for the visit itself.

Retail plans

If you signed up for Direct2Care independently, visit pricing depends on your plan. Your cost, if any, will be shown during intake before you confirm your visit. You won't be charged without seeing the price first.

Prescriptions, labs, and imaging

The cost of prescription medications, lab work, or imaging studies ordered by your provider is not included in your Direct2Care visit. These are handled separately through your pharmacy or a lab provider.
