Log in

Once your account is set up, logging in takes just a few seconds. If you've enabled biometric login, you'll go straight to the home screen. If you log in with your email and password, you'll complete a quick 2FA verification each time.


Logging in with biometrics

If you've set up Face ID, Touch ID, or the equivalent on your device, you'll be prompted to use it when you open the app. Authenticate and you'll land directly on the home screen — no password or verification code needed.

Logging in with email and password

  1. Open the Direct2Care app. On the welcome screen, tap Login.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then tap Log In.
  3. Choose to receive your verification code by email or text message.
  4. Enter the code you receive, then tap Verify.
  5. You'll land on the home screen.

Tip: If your login isn't working, check that you're using the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, see [Reset your password].
