Managing payment methods

A payment method is required for visits that aren't fully covered by your employer plan. You can add or update your card at any time in Settings → Payments.


Adding a payment method

  1. Tap Settings in the navigation bar.
  2. Tap Payments.
  3. Tap Add Card and enter your card details.
  4. Tap Save to confirm.

Updating or removing a card

From the Payments screen, tap an existing card to update its details or remove it from your account.

Note: If a visit has a cost and no payment method is on file, you'll be prompted to add one during the care request flow before you can confirm your visit.
