Direct2Care provides professional interpretation services to ensure every patient can communicate clearly with their healthcare provider, regardless of language preference. We partner with Boost Lingo, offering access to interpreters in over 200 languages.

Before Your Appointment

If you know you will need language assistance:

  • Select your preferred language when scheduling your visit
  • Your preference will be included in your appointment details
  • Your provider will be notified ahead of time whenever possible

This helps us prepare and ensures a smoother visit experience.

During Your Appointment

If language support is needed during your session:

  1. Your healthcare provider can activate BoostLingo directly during your visit
  2. A trained, professional interpreter will join the session
  3. The interpreter will facilitate communication between you and your provider in real time
