How Do You Update Your Personal Information in your Direct2Care Account?

Keeping your Direct2Care profile up to date ensures you receive important messages, appointment notifications, and accurate care. If your contact information or demographic details change, it’s important to update your account as soon as possible.

What Can Be Updated

You can update most personal details, including:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Preferred contact method
  • Other demographic information

Some fields, such as legal name or date of birth, may require support assistance.

How to Update Your Information

Follow these steps to update your Direct2Care profile:

1. Log In to Your Direct2Care Account. Use either the mobile app or a web browser. Look for the Settings Tab in the main menu.

2. Open Your Profile or Account Settings and Select “Account Details.” This will display all editable fields in your account.

Make the Necessary Updates. You can change information such as:

  • Phone number
