Need to Add a Household Dependent to Your Account?
Direct2Care allows you to manage healthcare for your dependents through one primary account. If a family member isn’t appearing under your profile, you may need to add them manually or verify eligibility through your organization.
Before You Begin
A household member must be:
- Eligible under your organization’s Direct2Care plan
- Listed as a dependent or covered household member
- Entered with accurate demographic information
If a dependent is missing, it may be due to an eligibility upload issue.
How to Add a Household Member: Follow these steps to add a family member to your Direct2Care account:
1. Log In to Your Direct2Care Account. Locate the "Settings Tab". Use the mobile app or web browser.
