Accessing Direct2Care on the web
The Direct2Care patient portal is available as a web app, so you can access your account from any mobile or desktop browser without downloading anything.
To access the web portal:
- Open a browser on your phone or computer.
- Go to patient.direct2care.com.
- Log in with your Direct2Care credentials.
From the web portal you can request visits, connect with providers, and manage your account the same as in the app.
Tip: Bookmark the link on your phone's home screen for quick access. In Safari, tap the Share button and select Add to Home Screen. In Chrome, tap the menu and select Add to Home Screen.
