Prescriptions
All Direct2Care providers are licensed to write and refill prescriptions. If your provider determines that medication is appropriate for your condition, they'll send the prescription directly to the pharmacy you have on file in your account.
What can be prescribed
Direct2Care providers can prescribe a wide range of common medications. There are some limitations. Controlled substances regulated by the DEA are not available through Direct2Care.
Saving on prescriptions
Direct2Care members have access to a prescription savings card that can reduce the cost of medications at participating pharmacies.
To use it, provide the following information to your pharmacist:
| BIN | 611793 |
| PCN | DIRECT2CAR |
This is not insurance. Discounts are available only at participating pharmacies. Certain terms and conditions apply.
If your pharmacist has questions about the card, they can contact the Member Help Desk at 1-888-622-0945.
Note: Discount amounts vary by medication and pharmacy location.
Prescription delivery
Direct2Care sends prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Whether your pharmacy offers home delivery or mail-order fulfillment is determined by that pharmacy directly, contact them to ask about their delivery options.
