What's included in my plan?
In all employer-sponsored Direct2Care plans include basic care that is free to patients. This includes general medical visits such as:
- Advice on health questions
- Injury counseling
- Cold & flu
- Prescriptions and refills
- Infections
- And much more
In some cases your employer has also paid for:
- Workplace injury triage
- Care navigation and specialty referrals
- Mental health such as depression & anxiety
