Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps. You'll need access to the email address on your account.
How to reset your password
- Open the Direct2Care app. On the welcome screen, tap Login, then tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Send reset link.
- Open the email from Direct2Care and tap the reset link. This will open a page in your browser.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, then tap Save.
- Once your password is updated, return to the Direct2Care app and tap Login.
- Enter your email address and new password, then tap Log In.
- Enter the 2FA verification code sent to your email or phone, then tap Verify.
- You'll land on the home screen.
Tip: Can't find the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you're still not receiving it, make sure you're entering the email address your account was registered with.
Note: The reset link expires after a short period. If it's no longer working, return to the app and request a new one.
