Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps. You'll need access to the email address on your account.


How to reset your password

  1. Open the Direct2Care app. On the welcome screen, tap Login, then tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Send reset link.
  3. Open the email from Direct2Care and tap the reset link. This will open a page in your browser.
  4. Enter your new password, confirm it, then tap Save.
  5. Once your password is updated, return to the Direct2Care app and tap Login.
  6. Enter your email address and new password, then tap Log In.
  7. Enter the 2FA verification code sent to your email or phone, then tap Verify.
  8. You'll land on the home screen.

Tip: Can't find the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you're still not receiving it, make sure you're entering the email address your account was registered with.

Note: The reset link expires after a short period. If it's no longer working, return to the app and request a new one.
