I am having trouble connecting with the provider – what should I do?
Direct2Care's app utilizes Zoom technology for provider visits. Zoom is one of the most stable video-communication platforms in the world. That said, all technology systems can have bugs and glitches.
Rest assured that the Direct2Care Customer Care Team will be managing your visit from the moment you request a visit, until you disconnect. Internet connectivity issues can result from a variety of sources.
Please do make sure your wifi or cell phone signal are as strong as possible. This is the most common connection problem we encounter.
